Returns & Refunds Policy
As all of our products are custom made and produced specifically for each individual order, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order has entered production.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@booknestle.com so we can review the issue and make it right.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there is any issue with your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, all items are considered non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days only if the order has not yet entered production. Once production has started, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded because the item is custom made specifically for the customer.
Refunds
If a refund is approved for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.
